Event Order Deposit:
To secure your event booking, a deposit of 25% of the total food cost is required. This deposit is fully refundable if the order is canceled at least three (3) days prior to the event. Cancellations made within three (3) days of the event will receive a refund of 25% of the original deposit amount.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance of your order must be paid in full no later than two (2) days before the scheduled delivery date. Orders with outstanding balances will not be delivered.
Equipment Deposit & Rental:
A deposit for equipment rentals will be fully refunded upon the return of all rented equipment in undamaged condition. Equipment rentals are charged on a daily rate basis, and additional rental fees will apply if the equipment is not returned by the day following the event.
